CSA Market Supervisor

Job Description:          

• Ensure the development and on-going health of the Standard Jobs & Customer Support Agreements (CSA) Market support business for Empire . Provide leadership and vision for the Parts, Service & Sales teams to develop customer CSA options and insure system loyalty, revenues, and net profits. Work with Empire's  Operational Parts, Service, and Sales Managers to provide and maintain the highest level of safety, customer loyalty, sales, support, and corporate image.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred.
• Must have a current Driver’s License.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field or equivalent technical background.
• Service or parts experience at Empire or another Caterpillar dealer preferred.
• Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to assist customers and employees in a professional manner.
• Must have sufficient mechanic knowledge to understand customer equipment opportunities and to express these opportunities to the appropriate area within Empire .
• Must have sufficient knowledge to effectively utilize Internet, e-mail, Spreadsheets, word processing programs, and database management.
• Must have the ability to lead all personnel and systems within Contract Group.

This position is designated as a "Safety-Sensitive Position".
