What you will be doing:

• Playing a key part in the delivery of track maintenance and construction projects around the Eastern Goldfields area
• Managing onsite construction staff and providing technical knowledge
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Assisting in all operational aspects of projects including contractual obligations, financial management, project resources, HSE and project planning

Who you will be doing it for:
This company is involved in all areas of infrastructure construction, including oil & gas, mining, rail, roads and much more. Due to growth within their WA rail business, they are currently looking to expand their operations regionally with the opening of a new depot in the eastern Goldfields region to undertake track maintenance projects. An ideal candidate would be someone who is based in Kalgoorlie or will consider FIFO which would be Monday-Friday.
 
To apply for this role you must have:

• A proven background in delivering rail projects in Australia
• Excellent time management, stakeholder management, negotiating & communication skills
• Experience delivering all aspects of track projects

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• 3+ years as a Supervisor/Superintendent delivering track projects in Australia
