Underground Shift Boss

Our client is a leading hard rock miner with ongoing contracts throughout Western Australia. Boasting a senior management team that has been with the business for the last 10 years, the business has a strong brand in Western Australia. Coupled with a successful commercial there is always a consistent flow of contracts coming into the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage a workforce of between 100-150 people. 
• Hands on interaction with the team. 
• Team focused attitude with a commitment to safety. 
• Excellent salary packages commensurate with experience. 
• (8/6, 7/7, 14/14, 9/5) roster working 12 hour shifts. 
• FIFO from Perth. 

Key Requirements:

• Relevant and recent underground experience with a similar role. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop underground crews including the ability to work within a close knit team environment. 
• Relevant current tickets and licenses.
