The position:
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment service agency specialising in blue collar recruitment such trades personnel both skilled and manpower etc. You will be familiar with the requirements and issues involved in external labour hire management along with training and moving people to site. You will also have key contacts within the mining industry and be familiar with recruiting candidates for site based positions.


The ideal candidate:
To be considered for this position you will possess the following key attributes:

• Considerable experience working in blue collar recruitment recruiting some of the following positions HD fitters, maintenance personnel and mobile plant individuals to name but a few
• You will be familiar with the entire external recruitment process; from start to finish
• You will have strong organisational and time management skills
• You will be a people person and have the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation.
