You will need:
Managers with Mine Engineer background
- Mining engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- WA 1st class mine managers ticket will be highly desirable
- 5+ years experience in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in mine planning software - Vulcan, Surpac etc
- Previous in underground and or open pit experience
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
Environmental
- Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science
- Minimum 3 years experience in the mining industry as Environmental Superintendent / Manager
- Experience with environmental management systems
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
HSE
- Degree or relevant OHS qualifications
- Have strong leadership and management skills
- Be influential when advising training and implementing safety practices to the team and site personnel
- Previous experience in a similar role within mining
- Good administration and record keeping skills

- High attention to detail
Shift Boss
- A WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency
- Demonstrated leadership skills shown through previous supervisory roles
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement, team success and safe work practices
