Mine Geologist

Hays Resources and Mining is seeking a proven Mine Geologist to provide key technical support to the mining operations of this high profile and well established Tasmanian mine.  
 
This permanent residential role will see you utilising Surpac software to record and interpret geological information to clearly define ore reserves.  Key duties include mapping, drilling supervision, logging and maintenance of the Geological data base.   

To succeed in this role, you‘ll need tertiary qualifications in geological science with some exposure to a mine based role.  In return for your expertise you‘ll receive a 9-day fortnight, full accommodation whilst on site and the opportunity to live in a family friendly, picturesque environment.  This position also provides the potential for future leadership and promotional opportunities.
