HR Advisor

Our client is a leading contractor and project developer within the WA market who are well known as an employer of choice. An exciting opportunity is now available on a major Oil and Gas project for an experienced HR Advisor to join their site based team on a FIFO 16/5 roster.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide generalist HR advice and support to the Site Managers, Supervisors and employees including training and mentoring, performance management initiatives, management of employee retention and employee relations issues.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background gained within the heavy industry sector ideally mining, construction or engineering and hold tertiary qualifications within a related field. In addition, have previous site or FIFO experience and be able to build strong relationships across an operational/project site and influence at all levels of an organisation.
