Boilermaker Welders

Aerison is seeking Full Time Boilermaker Welders, for our workshop based in Kewdale WA.


Reporting to the Workshop Coordinator, your primary duties will include (not limited to):
  • MIG welding with solid wire and flux cored wires to AS1554 parts 1 to 6
  • Interpretation of weld symbols
  • Mark out and layout of developments
  • Plate with some structural work using mild steel, stainless steel and structural section plates – 3 to 10 mm
  • Interpretation of and ability to work from drawings

The successful applicant will posses;
  • Trade Certificate BMW
  • Previous experience in Plate and structural work
  • Must be OH&S aware
  • Have a high standard of work
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • To be confident to work both supervised and un-supervised

Desirable but not essential;
  • Safe Working at Heights
  • Senior First Aid
  • White Card
  • Confined Space
  • Dogman Ticket
