Project Controls Manager

Job Description:

• [Company] is currently seeking an experienced individual for a Project Controls Manager position. The hiring company is a mining company located in Reno, Nevada.
• As a Project Controls Manager, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to providing scheduling, estimating and cost engineering support to the Owners team staff as well as supervising the Design Engineer’s (EP) and Construction Manager’s (CM) Project Control staff, producing a monthly project report, and analyzing, interpreting and reporting financial, cost and schedule information.
• Applicants must have 10 years’ experience in cost control and scheduling in mining or heavy construction industry. Strong candidates will have hands on experience with Primavera 3 / 6 software. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field. Candidates must be open to travel.
• This is a direct placement opportunity. Compensation for this position is $100,000-125,000 annually depending on experience. This position offers benefits which includes medical, dental, optical, and optional 401k.
