Operations Manager

Our client, a mapping services organization on the west end, is searching for an Operations Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a growing organization and lead an established team. Responsibilities:

• Dynamic Manager that can lead, mentor, and coach a team consisting of technicians and office staff
• Responsible for the daily operations of the organization, and overseeing the work assignments, and contractors
• Manages all field operations, company fleet, and cost management
• Playing a key role in succession planning, recruitment, training and development of staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience with a focus on people
• Experience in the construction, dispatch, and surveying industry is preferred
• Prior experience with staff development, training and managing all aspects of performance
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor both onsite and offsite staff
• Flexibility to travel to job sites as needed
