Senior Electrical Engineer

Brisbane based Engineering and Construction company is seeking 2 Senior Electrical Engineers to join their CBD team on a 6 month contract. This organisation offers a full in-house design and construction service from study and evaluation stage through to commissioning to the resources and mining sector and have a well regarded track record in doing so. They believe in productivity through teamwork and are strong in their coaching and mentoring. 

To become part of this team you will need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to provide technical expertise, interact with clients and develop relationships as well undertake whole plant design and mentor more junior engineers and drafters. This particular contract will be providing electrical design and technical expertise for a gold mine project.

In order to be considered you will need a recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering, the ability to undertake whole plant design, HV distribution to LV reticulation, mineral processing design experience is essential such as mills, crusher etc as well up to date knowledge of Australian standards working on heavy industrial projects. 

In return you can expect a 6 month contract with a competitive hourly rate in a central CBD location.
