Are you an energetic Senior Analyst Programmer who is keen to contribute in a positive team environment? We have an exciting new position available, based in our Perth office, where you will have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their requirements, including the technical landscape and software interaction. You will liaise with business analysts to develop solutions to meet client needs, and you will be responsible for technical deliverables, in conjunction with the project manager. You will follow Maptek’s project management methodology to assist in project delivery, and the role will also involve mentoring junior staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in developing complex software solutions
• Proven track record of solution analysis including working with clients for gathering requirements
• Sound understanding of business practices and application of technology for commercial benefits and outcomes
• A sound knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies, as well as the ability to put this into practice
• Good knowledge of web technology and internet-based applications, Web Services, SOAP and related technologies
• Strong .NET skills, especially .NET framework, C# and ASP.NET
• Strong PL/SQL and SQL skills
• Knowledge of Project Management and Service Delivery methodologies
• SharePoint 2010 knowledge desirable
