Mechanical Design Engineer

Currently operating in a number of locations around australia, this company is a market leader within materials handling and designing bespoke solutions for global clients within various industries.

This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to join a forward thinking market leading organisation. Due to the nature of the role a high level of communication is key as you will be dealing with internal stakeholder and external clients.

To be successful in this role you will need to have commercial experience of Solidworks and great attention to details. You will be responsible for engineering drawings, ordering parts, site visits and designing solutions for customer requirements. An excellent understanding of Australian drafting principals is essential and experience in structural steel is preferred.
