Administration Assistant

My client is an ASX listed Mining Company currently exploring and producing in Western Australia and in South - East Asia. An immediately available opportunity has risen for an experienced Administration Assistant involving reception duties for their office.

Reporting to the Office Manager your duties will include meeting and greeting all clientele, answering a busy phone line, managing appointments, organising company/business events, developing and maintaining databases and filing systems, document preparation, assisting in investor relations, minor facilities management and other vital tasks.

To be considered for this position, you must have proven administration experience coupled with a demonstrated ability for delivering a high standard of customer service. You will ideally hold a certificate IV in Business Administration and hold intermediate Microsoft Office skills testing results and be an efficient communicator.
