Our client is a leading Western Australian based multi-disciplined engineering contractor providing construction and maintenance to the mining and industrial industries. This company has a very impressive track record with some of Western Australia's and West Africa's most recognised resource construction projects.

Due to continued growth you have an exciting oppurtunity to join a rapidly growing company, who are in need of an experienced Business Development Manager. To be the successful applicant who will be able to help this already very successful company grow even further you will need:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Business Development or an Engineering Degree / Trade Background
• Proven record in developing and delivering tangible business outcomes
• Five years plus experience with WA mining experience.

Duties of this position include:

• The development of a marketing plan and strategy inline with the company's future goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, and determine their needs
• Periodically revise business development plans and hold meetings with senior management on targets and time frames
• Implement a company wide marketing plan
