Senior Mine Geologist

My Copper mining operator client is preparing for their open pit mine in the Adelaide hills in an excellent location close to the coast and the city.  Operations are starting to pick up and the plant is due for commissioning in the beginning of next year.
 
The client is looking for someone to help set up and run the mine operation, there is already a team in place and need the guidance of an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Mine Geologist.
 
You will be involved with:

• Open pit grade control
• Collecting and maintaining Geological Data
• Mentoring and Supervising

It is expected that you will have 7 or more years experience in a similar role, knowledge of Surpac or Datashed and experience in Open Cut mining.  Ideally you will already be in Adelaide or willing to relocate.
