Scheduler/Planner - Commercial Construction
Randstad's Construction, Property & Engineering division represents an industry leading Construction Company. Due to continual growth in project demand, an opportunity exists for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join their team.
Your key responsibilities will include the planning, implementation, monitoring and control of phased project schedules.
The successful candidates will have experience in:
- Developing realistic project schedules to support project objectives.
- Look ahead schedules, milestones and critical path planning.
- Plan and allocate resources to projects by scheduling.
- Reviewing contractor schedules against contractual & planning requirements.
- Preparing timely and accurate projects reports.
- Updating project schedules.
- Periodic progress verification and identification of risks that could impact on project execution.
Ensuring change management processes are applied including the incorporation of project trends and changes.
And will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years planning experience within the Australian construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of project planning principles.
- Experience with Primavera (P6).
