Contracts Administrator

Randstad's Construction, Property & Engineering division represents several industry leading construction companies. Due to the continual growth of the WA's construction industry we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Contracts Administrators to work on a large variety of projects in WA.
  
We are interested in partnering with experienced Contracts Administrators to work on new and exciting projects, both large and small. You will have the ability to prioritise effectively whilst working on multiple projects at any one time. You are confident working under pressure and thrive in an autonomous role where you have to work to strict deadlines. You will be able to utilize your exceptional time management and organisational skills working on projects with quick turnabout times. 
  
Your main duties will include:

• Letting of contract documents.
• Review invoices and progress claims for payment.
• Investigate, review and submit contract variations.
• Prepare all notices to client and sub-contractors regarding any contractual issues to be kept up-to-date at all times including breach of contract 
• Prepare monthly claims, cash flow forecasts and budget reports.
• Prepare programming on all projects and ensure adherence, informing sub-contractors of all required time constraints
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, sub-contract letting, EOT's, monthly claims, invoices and drawing registers.
• Attend site meetings and work closely with the Contract Manager,
• Project Manager & Site Managers.
