Mechanical Engineering Manager

A Mining business with operations across the globe, and with Sites in QLD and NSW on Australian soil, are looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineering Manager into the business.  

Based in Singleton, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance standards are kept in line with mechanical statutory compliance and that all necessary certificates and experience are apparent. Reporting into the Operations Director, you will maintain close links with the operational and maintenance departments in order to provide the necessary overhauls in relation to current regulations.

To be considered you will need at least 10 years Minesite experience (underground) with at least 5 of those within a management position together with a tertiary Mechanical Engineering qualification and a proven track record within a similar role.
