You will need
Mine Engineer
- Mining engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- WA 1st class mine managers ticket will be highly desirable
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory role for Management positions
- Demonstrated experience in mine planning software - Vulcan, Surpac etc
- Previous in underground experience in similar role
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
Geotechnical
- Relevant Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering or Geology degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role with underground exposure
- Effective problem solving skills
- Attention to detail – time management, record keeping etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Underground Shift Supervisors
- A WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency
- Demonstrated leadership skills shown through previous supervisory roles
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement, team success and safe work practices
- Experience in underground mining
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong mentoring skills
