As a trainee consultant you will receive all the support and resources needed to establish yourself with the heavy engineering market that is booming across the country. Your clients will include and Civil Engineering firms that deliver large scale: industrial, mining and mineral process plants. With our sole office in Brisbane you free to do business at a national / international level. You will focus on the full end to end recruitment process.

To be a successful recruiter you will operate with a proven formula that involves: 

• Sourcing quality professional candidates 
• Advertising, database searches & referral calls
• Business development 
• Client liaising & market knowledge
• Self organisational skills & creative thinking

You will need to have a high level of self-determination to succeed, the rewards will be in making a name for yourself as one day being amongst the top recruiters in the state and earning between $150,000 - $200,000 by simply being successful at your profession.
