Mining client in Rustenburg requires an Employee Relations Leader.

Successful candidate will have :

  • B Tech or relevant Human Resources Degree
  • 4 years IR Experience
  • Previous unionised working environment experience
  • CCMA process and procedure experience essential
  • Extensive labour legislation experience,
  • Mining Charter requirements knowledge essential 
  • Medically fit
