Training Coordinator

This is a great opportunity to work with a highly regarded mining contractor on an 8/6 roster within the Training Department.
 
This well recognised mining contractor prides itself on delivering on their targets as well as being an employer of choice who offers career satisfaction and development to their employees. With the increase in their projects and sites They are now looking to recruit an experienced Training Coordinator 
 
As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for the efficient running and coordinating of the training on site and ideally have come from an operating background. You will be involved with inductions and the development of training packages and databases. You will mentor and guide the trainers and provide them with the knowledge and experience required. You will liaise with the management team and provide advice regarding improvements and growth.   
 
This role requires you to possess Cert IV in TAA or TAE. Your previous mobile plant operator and Trainer / Assessor experience is essential. You will ideally hold a Cert IV in OHS and have a keen interest in progressing in your training career.
