HR Administration Officer

About the Role 
Due to recent growth a position has become available for an experienced Human Resource Administrator. The successful applicant will be a vital link between all departments facilitating recruitment and staff mobilization by providing administrative support. 

Duties/Responsibilities 
You will be responsible for; 

• Placing job advertisements online and in print 
• Phone screening potential applicant and booking appointment 
• Reference checking and organizing pre employment medicals 
• Mobilizing staff to site insuring all procedures are followed 
• Administrative support as required 

Skills/Experience 
To be successful in this role you will have; 

• A minimum of two years in a similar role 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Professional attitude and approach to work 
• Strong MS office skills 
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
