Social Labour Planning Manager

Social Labour Planning Manager needed for a leading mining company in Limpopo

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Social Labour Planning Specialist to represent the mine at meetings with the DoL, DMR and local authorities, ensuring preparation is done for the implementation of the SLP, coordinating the WSP/ATR implementation and reporting, acting as the EE coordinator and facilitator for the mine and managing and influencing the relationships with the unions (NUM and Solidarity) on EE-related matters.
  • Ideally you will have a Degree in Industrial Relations/Social Sciences/HR. 
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in a mining environment is essential.
