Due to the rapid expansion of our Queensland business we are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced  Catering / Accommodation Managers  to join our ESS QLD teams in the position of Relief Site Manager & Site Manager.


This full time position will provide relief  and project support to our Site Management teams based across a variety of locations within QLD with both Fly in, fly out and drive in, drive out travel requirements.
This position requires proven business management experience in the hospitality field ideally within a Catering and or Accommodation services environment. As an ESS Site Manager you will be required to directly manage a remote village delivering high quality catering and support services to our client. Your passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety and strong people management skills are essential for you to succeed in this role.


Although some flexibility is required this position essentially operates a  14 days on, 7 days off roster. 


Ideally we are looking for applicants with the following:

• Currently located in the Mackay, Emerald or Rockhampton region (Desirable)
• Proven commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Self motivation and the ability to think and act independently
• Financial acumen in the areas of  budgeting, cost control and monthly reporting
• First class leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the site's overall performance
• The ability to drive the customer service policy to yield exceptional customer satisfaction
