Due to rapid expansion of our Queensland business, ESS Support Services Worldwide, part of Compass Group PLC, is currently searching  for experienced Chefs to join our remote area Mining Village site situated 156 km south west of Mackay, drive in drive out.


What we are looking for;
  • 5 years post trade experience (essential)
  • Bulk Catering / Buffet experience for 300+ people (essential)
  • Attention to detail and time management is a must (essential)
  • Current Coal Board medical and Standard 11 or BMA induction (highly desirable)
  • A current QLD manual driver's licence (essential)
  • Own reliable transport (essential)

Your responsibilities will include preparing dinners, crib lunch, working 10 hour shifts you will work in a fast paced kitchen offering support where needed and ensuring all OH & S compliance is achieved.
