Opportunities within Mining Village sector on a Drive in Drive out basis
Due to rapid growth of ESS Support Services Worldwide, we are currently looking for expressions of interest from experienced Chefs to join our mining sector team. We have opportunities on a drive in drive out basis from the Toowoomba region.


What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years post trade experience
• Bulk Catering / Buffet experience for 200+ people (essential)
• Attention to detail and time management is a must
• The ability to hit the ground running and adapt to ever changing environments
• A QLD manual drivers licence (essential)
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)

Operating on rotating rosters your responsibilities will include preparing Breakfast and Crib Lunch or Dinner and Desserts for in excess of 200 people, working between 10 and 12 hour shifts you will manage a small kitchen team offering guidance and support where needed and ensuring all OH & S compliance is achieved.
