 Opportunities within Mining Village sector on a Drive in Drive out or Fly in Fly out basis.
Due to rapid growth of ESS Support Services Worldwide, we are currently looking for expressions of interest from experienced Chefs to join our remote area teams for casual Chef roles within our remote area sites. We have opportunities drive in drive out 200 km west of Mackay or fly in fly out from the Townsville region.


What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years post trade experience (essential)
• Bulk Catering / Buffet experience for 200+ people (essential)
• Attention to detail and time management is a must
• The ability to hit the ground running and adapt to ever changing environments
• A QLD Manual drivers licence (essential)
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Applicants located within the Townsville or surrounding areas

Various rosters available including 14 days on 7 days off, 7 days on 7 days off and 10 days on 4 days off.  Responsibilities will include preparing Breakfast and Crib Lunch or Dinner and Desserts for in excess of 200 people, you will manage a small kitchen team offering guidance and support where needed and ensuring all OH & S compliance is achieved.
