Due to rapid expansion of our Queensland business, ESS Support Services Worldwide, part of Compass Group PLC, is currently searching  for experienced Chefs to join our remote area Mining Village site situated in Moranbah. (staff make their own way to Rockhampton, Mackay or Townsville with bus transport provided from all three locations)


What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years post trade experience (essential)
• Bulk Catering / Buffet experience for 500+ people (essential)
• Attention to detail and time management is a must
• Current Coal Board medical and Standard 11 or BMA induction (highly desirable)
• A current QLD manual driver's licence (essential)

Operating on a rotating roster your responsibilities will include preparing Breakfast and Crib Lunch or Dinner and Desserts for in excess of 500 people, working 10 hour shifts you will manage a small kitchen team offering guidance and support where needed and ensuring all OH & S compliance is achieved.
