Due to rapid growth within our Queensland Business we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Brisbane based  HR Recruitment team. This opportunity would suit  highly motivated and experienced recruiters with project recruitment or high volume recruitment experience. Essentially a Monday to Friday role, this position will give you great work life balance, ongoing training and development and exposure across the broader HR and recruitment function including, contracts, training, inductions, site mobilisations and demobilisations, project recruitment, international recruitment & HR administration.


In this role, you will:

• Advertise and short list, interview, select and on board both permanent and casual Chef's, Catering Assistants, Kitchen Hands and Food & Beverage Staff, Trades persons, Personal Trainers and various Management and Administration staff for the mining sector. 
• Conduct Information sessions / presentations to groups of applicants.
• Provide a professional service, working closely with site managers to meet their recruitment needs.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Proven end to end recruitment experience (supervisory experience would be highly regarded)
• A real desire to succeed and develop your career within internal recruitment capacity
• Strong IT skills (PageUp or similar, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated flexibility, including willingness to work within tight time frames (some site based over night regional travel also required)
• The ability to work under pressure
