Process Superintendent

This company is a well recognised multi-national with a large operation in the Southern Goldfields. They are currently looking for a residential Process Superintendent to head up the metallurgy team and shift supervisors, overseeing the operations (60-70 employees) and reporting into the Process Manager.
 
This role holds responsibility for overseeing the day to day processing of the plant. You’ll also be accountable for safety, environmental and cost control. Heading up the metallurgical team you will identify problems and solve issues ensuring the company has all the resources needed to succeed. You’ll manage and mentor the teams with performance management to help individuals develop through the company.
 
As the company looks to expand you will look to play an instrumental role, helping direct operations and encouraging growth. A degree in Metallurgy (or equivalent) will be needed to manage the technical team and provide metallurgical direction. As the successful applicant you will have firm understanding of leaching processes and will have a thirst to learn new processes and procedures. You’ll already have worked in Senior Management with good line management experience.
