Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator

Our client is a leading Australian Mining Company with significant tenements in the Pilbara are searching for a dedicated Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator assist their growing team.

Reporting to the Travel Manager, you will be responsible for organising all site health and safety inductions,  mobilising and demobilising high volume contractors and staff, managing and distributing PPE,  taking minutes for travel related meetings, accommodation and fleet hire for site, maintaining high level of communication with site staff to match requirements and assisting HR and Project team when required.

You will possess demonstrated experience within a similar role or Project Administration position ideally within the Resources sector. SAP and Inflight are essential. Your ability to multi task under pressure, deal effectively with high volume mobilisation and confidently liaise with internal/external staff will make you successful in this role.
