Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Salary: £30000 - £35000

My client is a prestigious multidisciplinary engineering design consultancy looking to expand their Geotechnical team based in Birmingham. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join them and become part of an established organisation.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a UK consultancy and a proven ability to deliver designs and technical reports on time. You should also have experience working on ground improvement, earthworks and foundation engineering and the ability to liaise with developer and contractor clients.

In the role of Senior Geotechnical Engineer you would be expected to work on a multidisciplinary team and have an understanding of the roles of the other team members. Your responsibilities would include undertaking assessment and design of foundations, major earthworks, slopes, retaining walls etc. on projects across the UK.
