Administrator - Oil and Gas - Calgary - Staff role with benefits and share options etc

We are in urgent need of suitable candidates for a "Project Administrator" role within an Engineering/Oil and Gas company based in Calgary. ALL applicants MUST have held a similar position previously within an Oil and Gas company and/or EPC company within their past work experiences.

Your day to day activity will include:

• Data entry, distribution and filing of project related documents
• Attending meetings, record meeting minutes, typing using approved templates, collate information and distribute to specified parties
• Interface with various internal systems in order to generate document status lists
• Interact with various Project Managers regarding various projects
• Interface with Scheduling, Document Control and Design groups for project updates
• Additional administrative and project related duties as assigned

Qualifications required:

• MUST have solid understanding of Oil & Gas related terminology
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the position of Project Administrator within an engineering firm
• Superior multi tasking and organizational skills
• Experienced with MS office including Outlook with strong English language skills
• High school graduation as a minimum
