HSE Advisor - WA - Civil Construction

An opportunity exists for an experienced HSE Manager to join a mid-tier Civil Construction company to successfully manage Health and Safety function and provide strategic and operational leadership across company divisions. 


This role will play a crucial part in contributing to the effectiveness of the HSE team. Your position will focus on providing HSE advice and support to improve HSE performance. This role will be a FIFO role. 


You will need the following:
  • Extensive experience in civil works
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Health and Safety
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Thorough understanding of current HSE best practices
  • Ability to commercialise HSE data
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in HSE, with a long tenure in roles. 
  • Salary depends on experience but will be in the region of $190,000 - $210,000. 


This role is for people in the Perth region only or people who are looking to relocate.
