Senior Process Engineer / Process Engineer (Diamond / Coal Mining)

Reporting to the Project Manager a leading projects company in minerals processing industry is seeking experienced Process Engineers with design experience to work on large EPCM projects

Education

• B.Eng / B.Sc / B.Tech Chemical or Metallurgical degree

Minimum Experience

• Senior Process Engineer: 6-8 Years process design experience
• Process Engineer: 4-6 Years process design experience

Other Requirements

• Diamond / Coal processing design/operational experience will be an advantage
• Preferably experienced with DMS and final recovery processes
• Ability to translate client requirements into process solutions
• Good liaison and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to communicate with clients at senior technical level
• Must be willing to travel
• Working knowledge of Limn an advantage

Responsibility:

• The process engineers are responsible for all aspects of the process design during the study, implementation and commissioning phases of a project.
• In addition the process engineers are responsible for:
• Ensuring that design controls such as checking and design reviews take place in accordance with good project management practice
• Final documentation is correct and formally issued and archived
• All client liaison concerning the plant  process and operational requirements
