Service / Parts Liaison

We require a Service / Parts Liaison Person for our Field Service Division to be based at our Head office in Springs.

Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate essential
• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in construction / earthmoving parts
• Technical aptitude a must
• Computer literate – Strong Excel spread sheet and Microsoft Word abilities / Skills
• Knowledge of BAAN would be an advantage
• Strong administrative skills essential
• Processing of service requisitions / expediting of back orders
• Preparing sales / back order reports / quotes and expediting of quotes
• Accuracy and speed essential
• Proficient in English communication – emphasis on grammar
• Strong customer liaison skills / customer communication / sense of urgency
• Excellent telephone manner
• Self-motivated – Minimal supervision required
• Team player
• Able to handle pressure in meeting deadlines
• Able to work in a busy field service environment
• Strong leadership skills essential
• Non Smoker (only).
• Open EE
• Own Transport essential
• To reside on the East Rand.
