An excellent opportunity for Safety Coordinator Plant has arisen to join our Plant Department team. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Superintendent Plant Operations, you will responsible and accountable for Implementation and coordinator of the safety program for all Plant dept. activities in compliance with TCI and client standards and procedures.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required; provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to Department Heads to helps them fulfill their Safety responsibilities; lease with the project Safety Coordinator to identify programs to ensure Safety compliance.
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum Tertiary Education or Strata 1 occupational health and safety discipline; 5 years' experience in open pit coal mining area as safety coordinator position. Knowledge OHS Regulations; Statutory regulations; Understand TMS and KPC prima nirbhaya system; Familiar with Safety management at all levels; Focus on Risk Management. The candidate should have computer literacy, having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative, self-motivated, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
