Senior Mine Engineer

A leading mining house with a number of local and international operations are seeing continued growth and now requires a Senior Mine Engineer to join their team.

You will be working with an experienced team on multi commodity operations with a long mine life.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing all major projects including managing and undertaking studies associated with resource prospects. As a part of this responsibility you will also be tasked with preparing accurate mine designs, schedules and capital costs reports using existing project management systems and resources and assisting with the development of new technologies and methodologies. 

With a tertiary qualification in mining engineering (or related tertiary qualification) combined with your practical industry experience will see you application successful. Experience in mine design and scheduling software is essential.
