Safety Officer

The need has now arisen for the organisation to employ a Safety Officer to join the team temporarily to assist with shutdown work across the Hunter Valley. This temporary opportunity could in fact lead to a permanent postilion depending upon the needs of the business and the skills and experience of the candidate.

To  be successful in this position you must have a Certificate IV in OHS, mining experience and work experience within shut downs. Also helpful to your success will be your experience working towards ISO 4801 and 9001 standards and having assisted an organisation to achieve these standards. A Mt Thorley induction would also be beneficial.
