Safety Superintendent

This leading construction contractor have projects with many of the Hunter Valley mines and rail groups and with an influx of work they are now seeking a Safety Superintendent to cover projects within the Hunter Valley region.

The role of the Safety Superintendent will be to supervise all workers on site and ensure compliance with the company and the sites safety standards, complete the daily pre-work meetings, liaise with management and conduct ongoing hazard and risk identification processes.

To be successful in this role you must have experience working at a Safety Superintendent level, have hands on experience working with the rail industry, have a Certificate IV in OHS, a Safe Working Officer Level 2 Certification, a Protection Officer Level 4 and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience within mining and/or the construction industries is also a requirement.
