Heavy Duty Fitter, HD Fitter, Heavy Diesel Mechanic

We currently have a variety of positions available for Heavy Duty Fitters who are ready to start immediately, maintaining a fleet of mobile plant earthmoving equipment. Because of the size of the machinery such as loaders, dozers and graders, you will be required to have post trade experience and be familiar with fault finding and diagnosis. These positions are offering competitive rates, lifestyle rosters and long term career progression.

Successful candidates will have Cert II in Automotive (Heavy Stream); preferably with experience working on CAT and Komatsu open cut earthmoving equipment. This position will require you to perform breakdowns on mobile plant equipment, therefore you will need skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting. A HR license is not essential but highly desirable.

This FIFO role from Perth is on a 2/1 roster with highly competitive hourly rates, offering modern camp facilities on one of WA's largest mine site. Camp facilities include swimming pool, internet, Foxtel, ensuite accommodation, cafe, gym and wet mess. This is a great opportunity to work with a major mining contractor and be rewarded financially for your efforts.
