They currently have a requirement for a Senior Site Manager to provide effective management and direction for their business unit located South of Perth.
The bulk of their work consists of engineering, fabrication and construction for the mining and oil and gas industries. As such you will have extensive experience in heavy industrial construction, ideally within the Australian resources industry.
As Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the strategic development of their existing operation and implement operational plans for the future plans. This will see you accountable for developing plans to optimise sites capabilities whilst ensuring the effective management of environmental systems, operational budgets and workplace safety are achieved.
With a solid background in people management, extensive industry experience in heavy construction and relevant qualifications you will demonstrate strong business acumen and highly developed leadership and mentoring skills.
