Electrical Design Drafter

We have an urgent need for an experienced Electrical Design Drafter to work on a contract basis for our clients who specialise in electrical and engineering design across mining, industrial and water treatment projects.

The current contract is an immediate start to work on a water treatment plant. Your responsibilities will be to cross review the design and produce drawings for construction.

They have the whole electrical service contract for the plant so your responsibilities will involve the design and drafting for reticulation system and components, design and drafting for central control system, produce as built drawings for project completion and ensure compliance with Australian standards.

Ideally you will have similar experience from involvement with a similar project, water Treatment Plant experience would be a distinct advantage. Industrial electrical design and drafting experience is essential.

In return a good hourly rate is payable and the contract is very likely to be renewed due to ongoing and repeat work as well as the potential for a permanent opportunity.
