Control Systems Engineer

Due to continued demand and investment in organisational growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Engineer with specific expertise in control system design, application and system support.

You will be joining the companies research, project engineering and design office located in the outskirts of Newcastle. Reporting to the Discipline Team Leader and working with a multidiscipline engineering and project management environment, you will be accountable for the design of complete control systems including programming and testing of PLC and SCADA software for bulk materials handling equipment. You will be involved from concept through to completion of any given project including commissioning support and project delivery.

To suit this position, it's essential you will be a Degree Qualified Electrical Engineer and possess post graduate experience in PLC and SCADA system design within the mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial sector.
