We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team in Perth.  Reporting to Head of Learning, Competence & Talent WA, the purpose of the Training Coordinator’s role is to support the CapeSkills Training and Assessment Centre team.  The role will be based in the Kwinana area.


 Responsibilities will include:

• Plan and design the training course schedule,
• Accurate data entry into excel spreadsheets and training databases
• Marketing the business
• Updating the website with current information and training schedules
• Produce certificates and course materials
• Efficiently support all students and trainers in relation to training needs.
• raise purchase orders, and send out invoices

Desirable criteria:

• Flexible and driven person
• Very high customer service skills 
• Very well organised and good attention to detail
• Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel, especially in relation to formulas and spread sheets
• Previous experience in the finance field (desirable)
• Previous marketing or sales experience (desirable)
• Previous expereince in the RTO Tafe or Training department (desirable)
• Previous experience in VETTRAK or similar student management systems
