Lead Scaffolding and Rigging Trainer/Assessor (Worksafe Assessor)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Lead Scaffolding and Rigging Trainer/Assessor (Worksafe Assessor ) to join our team in Perth. Reporting to Head of Learning, Competence & Talent WA.
The role will be based in the Kwinana area.
You will be lead the delivery of training in Scaffolding and Rigging, conduct VOC's of new and existing workers and liaise with stakeholders to ensure our training continues to be of the highest standard and is closing the skills gap in the industry. You will lead the implementation of full Cert III and IV qualifications and traineeships for both disciplines.
Desirable criteria:
- Current Advanced Scaffolding Ticket
- Current Advanced Rigging Ticket
- Cert IV TAE Training and Assessing
- Worksafe Assessor Licence
- Confined Space Ticket
- Working at HeightsTicket
- EWP, LF, CN Ticket (desirable)
- Cert IV in OHS (desirable)
