Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical Design Projects - Inventor Autodesk 3D

Due to the increased amount of projects from various industry sectors, a Mechanical Engineer role exists with an expanding Brisbane based consultancy which specialises in designing various complex mechanical structures. 

Leading a small team of graduate Engineers this role will see you carrying out the design Mining Projects, Bulk Materials Handling, Food Processing, Lifting Equipment, Buckets, Tanks, Access Systems, Conveyers, Support Structures & Specialised Mechanical Devices. You will work closely with Management in meeting with clients to discuss their needs and lead the project through concept to the delivery of the finished product. 

Must have’s include:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong Autodesk Inventor 3D experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Bulk to Medium size Materials handling experience 
• Planning, Forecasting and Project costing experience 
• Slurry and transfer system knowledge
• RPEQ is ideal but not essential
• Be able to Manage Engineers and Designers to produce quality work within strict deadlines
