Senior Safety Advisor

This construction company are winning projects all over the east coast of Australia and currently seek the assistance of a Senior Safety Advisor for one of their major mining projects in Muswellbrook.

The role will include daily tool box talks, site inspections, audits of current safety standards and updating the safety management plan as necessary, as well as being responsible for the incident and injury reports and management.

To be successful in this position you must have a minimum certificate IV in OHS as well as construction experience within mining. Highly regarded will be experience within structural steel and general civil construction on a mine site.Experience supervising a site as a Senior member of the safety team will be highly regarded.

This role is a Monday to Friday position however some weekend work may be required. Accommodation is available if the successful candidate is not a local to the area.
